    About

I worked at Penguin Random House for seven years, where I edited young adult, middle grade, and picture books for Dial Books for Young Readers. I handled a variety of  authors including New York Times bestsellers and award-winners. Some of the books I worked on include Stephanie Oakes' Morris Award Finalist The Sacred Lies of Minnow Bly (soon to be a scripted series on Facebook) and Jeanne Ryan's New York Times bestselling Nerve, now a major motion picture.

Previously, I worked as a book reviewer for Publishers Weekly. I also read and edited science fiction and fantasy short stories for Lightspeed Magazine.

In the course of my career I've worked with fiction and nonfiction, children's and adult books, contemporary, historical, and genre fiction.

In my spare time, I like to read, take long walks around New York City and bake delicious treats. (And by bake, I totally mean eat.)
